Material and Surface Treatment

Our Aluminium Hollow Cabin Door is made of high - quality aluminium. The surface undergoes anodized baking finish or PVC covering treatment. This not only gives the door excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for the harsh marine environment with high humidity and salt spray, but also ensures a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance, which can well match the interior decoration style of different ships.

We offer four main types of hollow cabin doors to meet diverse needs:

 

• Type A Hollow Door (TYPE A HOLLOW DOOR): A basic type without additional ventilation or light - passing structures, providing a simple and solid cabin separation solution.
• Type B Hollow Door with E - Hole (TYPE B HOLLOW DOOR WITH E - HOLE): Equipped with a specific E - shaped hole design. This design can play a certain role in ventilation and heat dissipation while ensuring the structural integrity of the door, which is very practical for cabins with certain air circulation requirements.
• Type C Hollow Door with Vent (TYPE C HOLLOW DOOR WITH VENT): Comes with a vent. The vent can effectively adjust the air quality inside the cabin, allowing fresh air to enter and stale air to be discharged, creating a more comfortable living and working environment in the cabin.
• Type D Hollow Door with Fixed Light (TYPE D HOLLOW DOOR WITH FIXED LIGHT): Features a fixed light (window) design. We provide a wide range of size options for different opening directions (left - outer LO, right - outer RO, left - inner LI, right - inner RI) and classes (A, B, C, D). For example:

 

• For Class A (left - outer LO) doors, the size of the doorway (SIZE OF DOORWAY BX) includes 600×1600, 650×1650, 700×1750, etc. Corresponding to these, the frame size (FRAME SIZE B1×L1) and the size of the opening (SIZE OF OPENING B2×L2) are also set accordingly. For instance, when the doorway size is 600×1600, the frame size is 680×1680 and the opening size is 686×1686.
• The parameter D (≥75) is also specified for each size combination, which is related to the structural strength and stability of the door.

The weight of the doors varies according to different sizes and types. Taking some common specifications as examples:

 

• A Class A door with a doorway size of 600×1600 has a weight of 23.6 Kg.
• As the size increases, such as a Class A door with a doorway size of 700×1750, the weight reaches 26.83 Kg.
• For other classes like Class B, C, and D, the weights also change in line with their size and structural characteristics. For example, a Class D door with a doorway size of 800×1750 has a weight of 29.76 Kg.
