Inflatable models (both automatic and manual inflation) use durable PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) or TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) for the air bladder, paired with high-strength nylon fabric for the outer shell, ensuring leak resistance and wear durability.
Foam-based life jackets adopt high-density EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) foam or closed-cell PE foam as the buoyancy core, wrapped in water-resistant Oxford cloth to maintain buoyancy even when wet.
Neoprene life vests feature premium neoprene rubber, offering flexibility, thermal insulation, and a snug fit-ideal for water sports where mobility is key.
